PoolPager ("we", "us") is an independent reminder service for public swim lesson registration windows. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else handles it. Contact: hello@poolpager.com.
We do not ask for, and do not want, information about children. We do not collect a child's name, age, or swim level. Please do not send it to us.
To send the registration-window reminders and date-change notices you asked for, to provide the founding-member service, to answer your messages, to process refunds, and to keep the service running and secure. We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It sets cookies and receives your IP address, which Google truncates, along with page and device information. We do not send it your name, email or payment details. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
Free reminders are sent by email only. You confirm your address by email first, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send text messages today. If we add them, we will ask for your separate consent first, describe the messages and frequency, and honor STOP and HELP.
We keep your information while you are subscribed and for as long as needed for payment records and disputes. You can unsubscribe from any email, or write to hello@poolpager.com to ask us to access, correct or delete your information. We will respond within 30 days.
We use reputable providers and limit the information we collect, but no online service is perfectly secure.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
